The details have been slowly coming in for the original anime project called Maesetsu! that Kadokawa announced in July 2019. We’ve had a couple of promos, the cast list, and the base details for the staffing side as it was being prepped for the summer 2020 season in July. Now, the official site has updated to reveal that this is getting pushed back to October 2020 in order to work on the production again as lockdown are eased in Japan.
The work involves Shota Goto as a scriptwriter and we learned recently that Yuu Nobuta of High School Fleet has boarded the project to direct it. Katsuzo Hirata is on board with the character designs and animation production is being handled by Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ.
The Japanese cast includes:
