The summer 2019 anime series Dr. Stone is moving well through its second cour as part of the fall season and the folks at TOHO are doing some new promotion. The latest comes in the form of plugging the new original soundtrack that comes out on December 13th, 2019 where it looks to be over 55 tracks based on the initial listing. To remind people to get their orders in for it, they’ve put out two of the main vocal songs from it to entice you with while tying it to animation from the show itself.
Shinya Iino directing based on the series composition by Yuichiro Kido. Yuko Iwasa is handling the character designs for it.
The Japanese cast includes Yusuke Kobayashi as Senku, Makoto Furukawa as Taiju Ōki, Kana Ichinose as Yuzuriha Ogawa, Yūichi Nakamura as Tsukasa Shishio, Gen Sato as Chrome, Manami Numakura as Kohaku, Tomoaki Maeno as Kinro, Ayumu Murase as Ginro, Karin Takahashi as Suika, Reina Ueda as Ruri, Kengo Kawanishi as Gen, and Mugihito as Kaseki.
The first volume landed on September 4th, 2018 and the publisher is offering up the first chapter for free viewing here. The original work is by Riichirou Inagaki and Boichi.
