While the series premiered back on July 24th, Kadokawa is making sure fans know that the series is out there as they’ve added a new minute long spot for the summer series Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei! Herz!. The series is has new episodes out every Friday. Crunchyroll previously picked up the series for simulcast and it has strong availability to it as it’s open to their members worldwide except Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
The series is set for ten episodes once again and it will be directed by Shin Oounuma based on scripts by Hazuki Minase.
This will mark the third season of the property that deals with the alternate world setting from the Fate/stay night universe as written and illustrated by Hiroshi Hiroyama. The series began in 2007 and has run several short run series with each working its own progression and theme while tied to the larger work.
Sentai Filmworks has licensed and released the first series on DVD and Blu-ray in bilingual form. We’re expecting the third season to get the same treatment.
Property concept: Spin-off of Fate/stay night with Illyasviel von Einzbern as the protagonist, living an alternate life as a school girl. While taking a bath, she stumbles upon Kaleido Stick Ruby, who turns her into a magical girl.
