Next week sees the release of Action Comics #898 which is the ninth installment of the Black King storyline. This one is written by Paul Cornell with art by Pete Woods, which DC Comics has decided to put out a few preview pages of. Of course, stealing the show, is Lafreeze as he nails Lex Luthor perfectly.
Plot summary: First his own action figure, then his own Christmas special – now GREEN LANTERN’s Larfleeze wants to take over ACTION COMICS?! Not if Lex Luthor has anything to say about it! Tune in for the rematch that’s been brewing ever since Lex tried to steal Larfleeze’s Orange Lantern back in BLACKEST NIGHT!
