The first release week of June is here and there’s a slew of new books hitting once again from all publishers. There’s a lot to like this week, from new things such as Daredevil: Dark Nights premiering to the 18th volume of The Walking Dead arriving in my greedy little hands. Valiant’s back catalog continues to grown and they’ve unearthed another title with the first eight issues of Geomancer coming on board now. Vertigo brings out some sweet back catalog as well with the 1995 Astro City and the three issue series of Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere. Marvel has the Wolverine: Season One graphic novel debuting this week along with Thor: The Dark World Prelude #1 while DC Comics moves through mostly issue 21 range material for their titles, though they’ve also managed to get out a second issue of The Movement.
On the manga side, after a couple of weeks of no new releases, this week sees Clumsy Child and Facing the Incoming Wind from Digital Manga Publishers.
