A new manga series is going to launch later this year and is getting an early nod to it coming with Higai Shimai. The series is raising eyebrows since it comes from the creative team behind Deadman Wonderland with Jinsei Kataoka and Kazuma Kondou. It’ll be adapting the light novel series of the same name from Ichi Sawamura.
Sawamura has had two other manga works over the years with 2018’s Bogiwan ga, Kuru and the 2023 release of Outer Q: Jakushou Web Magazine no Jikenbo.
Plot Concept: Mystery Horror Series about two sisters who are psychic mediums encountering terrifying supernatural phenomena. In the first novel they are helping an office worker and his family after they are haunted by a strange creature.
