While the format wasn’t made clear, a new CG anime project is in the works for 2023 with a Lupin III vs Cat’s Eye property. It’s set for a Prime Video worldwide debut next year as part of the 5th0anniversary of the Lupin the 3rd anime and the 40th anniversary of the Cat’s Eye manga. The latest update has revealed some new cast additions below while also bringing out a new promo and key visual. The show saw a January 27th, 2023 worldwide debut on Prime Video.
Now, VAP has set the home video release with a planned March 13th, 2024 debut on DVD and Blu-ray. They’ll be priced at 6,000 yen and 8,000 yen respectively with on-disc extras being just the promos for it. The set will come with a booklet as well.

The project has Kobun Shizuno and Hiroyuki Seshita reuniting after co-directing Knights of Sidonia and the Godzilla anime trilogy to handle this. Keisuke Ide is assisting while Shuji Kuzuhara is handling the script. Haruhisa Nakata and Junko Yamanaka are on board for the character designs with TMS Entertainment handling the animation
