A new light novel to TV anime adaptation work was revealed in July 2022 with the Sasaki and Peeps property getting the nod. With a winter 2024 premiere for it, Kadokawa is handling the home video releases in Japan and has set a solid schedule for it. The twelve-episode series is getting done as separate DVD and Blu-ray editions with them priced at 11,000 yen and 13,000 yen each respectively. Check the full schedule and known details below.
Mirai Minato directed it from the scripts overseen and written by Deko Akao. Saori Nakashiki handles the character designs with SILVER LINK on the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Tomokazu Sugita as Sasaki, Aoi Yūki as Pii-chan, Rie Takahashi as Hoshizaki, Akari Kitō as Otonari-san, Miyu Tomita as Elsa, Inori Minase as Magical Pink, Ryotaro Okiayu as Akutsu, Naomi Ōzora as Shizuka Futari, Hiroki Yasumoto as Viscount Mueller, Jun Fukuyama as Prince Adonis, Daisuke Namikawa as French, Mitsuo Iwata as Marc, and Tesshō Genda as Sebastian.
The series has Madkid performing the opening theme song “FLY” and the ending “Aimai Girl” from Aguri Onishi.
The property was licensed for release in English by Yen Press back in March 2022. The series from Buncololi with artwork by Kantoku began in 2021 and are ongoing with four volumes out as of July 2022.

There he finds an adorable bird named Peeps and takes him home. But Sasaki quickly learns that Peeps isn’t your average bird…he’s a powerful mage from another world!
