A phantom stage battle where light and darkness swirl is about to begin!

The Paradox Live multimedia project has been swimming in CDs, merchandise, and other items as it seeds the market with itself and now an anime is in the works for it. We learned in May 2022 that plans are in motion for a 2023 debut for Paradox Live The Animation with Naoya Ando directing it with Takayo Iakmi handling the scripts. Koji Haneda is on board for the character designs with PINE JAM working on the animation production.

With the series previously seeing an October 3rd, 2023 premiere date, Avex Pictures is handling the Japanese home video releases and they’ve set the schedule for it. Like a lot of shows of this nature, it’s getting a six-volume release on Blu-ray that begins on December 22nd, 2023. They’ll be priced at 6,800 yen each and you can see the full schedule and known details below.

Plot Concept: The franchise takes place in the near future, where rappers wear accessories that contain a metallic substance called Phantom Metal. Through the Phantom Metal’s chemical reaction with the rappers’ own DNA, the rapper can create illusions linked to their emotions during their performance. The result is a new type of spectacular concert.
