As part of the tenth-anniversary plans for this property, a Psycho-Pass Providence has been announced. There weren’t a lot of details at the announcement but it was confirmed that Naoyoshi Shiotani is back to direct it at Production I.G. A visual and a promo was released below for the anniversary which began its celebrations in October of last year. With a July 14th, 2023 theatrical premiere set for the film, TOHO has now set the home video release plans. The film is set for a December 20th, 2023 release where the DVD is priced at 7,800 yen while the Blu-ray is priced at 8,800 yen.
Each set comes with a bonus disc of the same format that includes promos, commercials, and an investigation piece. An audio commentary with the director and lead actor is included as well.

With Naoyashi Shiotani directing, Makoto Fukami is also returning to write the screenplay with Tow Ubukata. Naoyuki Onda is back as the character designer and chief animation director.

The property began in 2012 with a twenty-two original series which was followed up by an eleven-episode sequel and a feature film in 2014 and 2015 respectively. A three-film series arrived throughout 2019 as well which was also released as an eight-episode series with episodes done as an hour each.
