The four-panel manga series Ms. vampire who lives in my neighborhood from Amatou saw a fall 2018 2018 debut as an anime series and it was a little under the radar overall. The manga itself continued on but that’s looking to wrap up soon as Monthly Comic Cune where it’s serialized has revealed that it will finish up in three chapters. It’s expect to end in October and will make the date for the eighth and final volume on December 27th, 2021.

Noriaki Akitaya is directing it based on the series composition by Tatsuya Takahashi. Takahiro Sakai is on board with character designs and Studio Gokumi is handling the production with AXsiZ.

The Japanese cast includes Miyu Tomita as Sophie, Yuu Sasahara as Amano, Lynn as Natsuki, Azumi Waki as Erie, Rina Hidaka as Sakuya Kurai, and Aya Uchida as Yū Aoki.

The property runs in the magazine and had four volumes out as of the anime adaptation in 2018.

Plot Concept: When human girl Amano Akari is rescued by vampire Sophie Twilight, it’s love at first sight. Infatuation quickly turns to cohabitation as Sophie reluctantly welcomes Amano as her new roommate. Despite her vampire status, Sophie never attacks humans, instead ordering blood and anime merchandise online like any ordinary human shopper. Sink your teeth into this modern vampire comedy!
