At the Aniplex panel at AnimeJapan 2021 back in March 2021, a new project was announced with the original work Visual Prison. The series comes from creator Noriyasu Agematsu, the mind behind Symphogear and Wild Arms, working with A-1 Pictures. A new update has now landed with a new key visual that you can see below as well as some staffing updates. Jouji Furuta is on board as the chief director with Tomoya Tanaka as the hands-on director. Yukie Sugawara is supervising the scripts while Minako Shiba is adapting the character designs from Ikumi Katagiri.
The series is set for a fall 2021 debut.
