The yuri manga series Fragtime from creator Sato saw the anime adaptation debut in Japan back in 2019 and Sentai Filmworks moved quickly to pick it up and the project is set for an August 18th, 2020 release. You can see our review of it here where we talk about the English dub cast performances. Now, the folks at Kaze in Germany have brought out their first trailer for their release of the property.
The OVA saw an April 1st, 2021 debut where it had separate DVD and Blu-ray editions priced at 19.95 € and 24.95 € respectively. It has both the German and Japanese audio tracks with it and the German subtitles. No extras are currently listed with it.
Takuya Sato directed it based on the screenplay he also wrote while Tear Studio handled the animation production. Tomoko Sudo is on board to handle the character designs.
The Japanese cast includes Miku Itō as Misuzu Moritani, Yume Miyamoto as Haruka Murakami, Chika Anzai as Yukari Kobayashi, Miyuri Shimabukuro, Miho Hayashi, Yuichiro Umehara, Azusa Tadokoro, Minami Takahashi, and Ayane Sakura.
The manga began in 2013 on the Champion Tap! site from Akita Shoten which had two physical books published for it.

Plot Concept: All Misuzu Moritani has to do is think about it and, for three minutes, time seems to halt for everyone but herself. But three minutes isn’t long enough to go anywhere and come back, especially when you can only do it once a day. So, mostly Misuzu just amuses herself… until she makes the mistake of sneaking a peek up the skirt of a classmate she’s been crushing on and it turns out that Haruka Murakami is somehow immune to Misuzu’s powers! Oops.
And now a really embarrassed Misuzu has to make it up to Haruka. Double oops. Even if it means getting into a “relationship”. Wait, what? With great powers come some really big apologies and maybe a new romance as two girls take a little time off from the world!
