The spring/summer 2020 anime series that’s part of a 50th-anniversary project with Hakushon Daimaou is now getting some international distribution. Viz Media picked up the rights to the series back in August using its translated name of Genie Family. The distributor has picked up streaming, broadcast, digital purchase, home video, and merchandising rights to it.

Now, the show has started getting shopped about for digital distribution and the folks at Tubi TV have picked it up in its original Japanese with English and Spanish subtitles.

Viz Media has also set Crunchyroll to begin streaming the series in October and a trailer has dropped for the show.

The show is based on the idea by Tatsuo Yoshida and was directed by Hiroshi Sasagawa. Tatsunoko Production was behind the animation producing for the 52-episode run that aired from 1969 to 1970.
