The folks at Anime Limited picked up the rights to bring out the Revolutionary Girl Utena property some time ago but they’re now able to capitalize on it as all the right things have fallen into place. The distributor has set a July 13th, 2020 debut for the first of three parts that will be coming up. They’ve got the three parts coming up on July 13th, 2020 release where it’ll be in the main retailers in the UK but there’s also a special box that can be had – limited to 300 people – who order directly from them.
There’s are also a couple of different bundle offers in play that involve some extras, including some really limited things like a 250-page art bookend replica rings. Check out the details here.

Plot Concept: When Utena was just a child and in the depths of sorrow, she found salvation in those words. They were the words of a prince, who wrapped her in his rose-scented embrace and bestowed upon her both a ring and the promise that it would lead her to him again. She never forgot the encounter. In fact, she was so impressed that she aspired to be like the prince and also help those in need. Now a spirited teenager, Utena attends the prestigious Ohtori Academy. However, her strong sense of chivalry soon places her at odds with the school’s student council and thrusts her into a series of mysterious and dangerous duels against its members.
