The CW is getting a look at the next episode of Arrow that’s set to arrive with “Past Sins,” which is scheduled for a January 28th, 2019 debut. The 11th episode of the 7th season, it’s directed by David Ramsey based on the screenplay by Onalee Hunter Hughes and Tonya Kong.
