With a live-action TV series that got underway in January 2018 in Japan and a second anime season in the works in Japan, a second live-action TV series has now been scheduled. Set to land on April 1st, 2019, the new season brought out a new poster for it with confirmations of the main staff and cast coming back for it. Two new cast additions were revealed with Sayuri Matsumura as Yumemi Yumemite and Elaiza Ikeda as Kirari Momobari.

With the anime, Yuuichirou Hayashi directed the first season based on the series composition by Yasuko Kobayashi and character designs by Manabu Akita. MAPPA is on board to produce the animation. The music is being handled by TECHNOBOY’S PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND.

The Japanese cast includes Saori Hayami as Yumeko Jabami, Minami Tanaka as Meari Saotome, Tatsuya Tokutake as Ryouta Suzui, Yuki Wakai as Itsuki Sumeragi, Karin Nanami as Yuriko Nishinotōin, Mariya Ise Midari Ikishima, and Miyuki Sawashiro as Kirari Momobami.

The series has six volumes out so far and is published digitally in English by Yen Press and they have plans to bring it to print later this year.

Plot Concept: Hyakkaou Private Academy. An institution for the privileged with a very peculiar curriculum. You see, when you’re the sons and daughters of the wealthiest of the wealthy, it’s not athletic prowess or book smarts that keep you ahead. It’s reading your opponent, the art of the deal. What better way to hone those skills than with a rigorous curriculum of gambling? At Hyakkaou Private Academy, the winners live like kings, and the losers are put through the wringer. But when Yumeko Jabami enrolls, she’s gonna teach these kids what a high roller really looks like!
