It was revealed in September 2018 that an anime adaptation of the Over Drive Girls manga from Oyster had been given the green light as Over Drive Girl 1/6. Now, the official site has launched which has revealed the first teaser promo for the series, the first key visual, and introduced the staff and cast along with character design visuals.
Keitaro Motonaga is directing the series based on the scripts by Chabo Higurashi. Hidekazu Ebina is working on the character designs with Studio A-Cat handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Wataru Hatano as Haruto Bōida and Suzuna Kinoshita as Nona,
The manga series began in 2012 and has four volumes out with a sequel series that got underway in print form earlier this fall.

Plot Concept: The story focuses on Nona, a bishōjo character figure that the young male otaku office worker Haruto bought, suddenly comes to life, and begins moving and talking on her own. The slapstick romantic comedy centers on the daily lives of Haruto and Nona.
