With this episode, we get a bunch of the guys heading to a quiz show and that means a group study session is in order. This has two groups that will be competing that I don’t think we’ve had before but it’s fun to watch as some of the former teachers in the employ of the production company starts quizzing them. They don’t do badly, though they’re somewhat self-deprecrating about parts of it, but there are times when the teachers still get to shame them by taking it a bit further in the answer in the way that only a teacher can do. Which is cute since it’s pretty much overwhelming for the boys.
In Summary:
There’s a nice bit of team building and general confidence building that goes into this with the guys learning to prepare for the show. The show itself is just a brief blip at the end but it kind of left me wanting more of it because it’s so colorfully designed and has the potential for craziness. The dynamic works well here in how it all breaks down but I again had zero connection to the characters and it just has a bland kind of approach because of that.
