Kadokawa Schedules ‘Bloom Into You’ Anime DVD/BD Releases

The fall 2018 anime series Bloom Into You is getting its home video releases handled by Kadokawa and they’ve set a solid schedule for it. The thirteen episode series is getting a four-volume release beginning on December 21st, 2018. The DVD are priced at 8,000 yen each and the Blu-rays at 9,000 yen each. Check the full schedule below.

The TV anime series has Makoto Kato directing based on the scripts by Jukki Hanada. Hiroaki Gohda is handling the character designs with animation production at TROYCA.

The Japanese cast includes Yūki Takada as Yuu Koito, Minako Kotobuki as Touko Nanami, Ai Kayano as Sayaka Saeki, and Taichi Ichikawa as Seiji Maki.

The manga, which is available through Seven Seas Entertainment in English, began in 2015 and has five volumes out so far in Japan and four in North America.

Plot Concept: Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and awaits the day she gets a love confession that sends her heart aflutter with bubbles and blushes, and yet when a junior high classmate confesses his feelings to her…she feels nothing. Disappointed and confused, Yuu enters high school still unsure how to respond. That’s when Yuu sees the beautiful student council president Nanami turn down a suitor with such maturity that she’s inspired to ask her for help. But when the next person to confess to Yuu is Nanami herself, has her shoujo romance finally begun?
