Discotek Media Schedules ‘Hells’ Anime Feature

1 min read

After originally covering this in brief back in 2012, Hells saw a pickup from Discotek Media back in June 2017 but didn’t have much said until we learned about the dub and plans at Otakon about it. They’ve now begun soliciting it to retailers with a November 27th, 2018 debut where the feature film will be priced at $29.95 on Blu-ray. The bilingual release is a real labor of love that you can read about here.

The English cast includes:

  • Amanda Lee as Rinne Amagane
  • Howard Wang as Ryu Kutō
  • Jason Marnocha as Hellvis
  • Joshua Gotay as Mario
  • Chris Guererro as Who
  • Megan Shipman as Steela
  • Marianne Miller as Phantoma
  • Sarah Williams as Kiki
  • Marissa Lenti as Wolfie
  • Caitlyn Elizabeth as Cronola
  • Elizabeth Maxwell as Curia
  • Amanda Gish as Gillealla
  • Emily Fajardo as Mummyla
  • Martin Billany as Rokku
  • Scott Frerichs as Pandaz
  • Amber Lee Connors as Rei Kagurazaka
  • Corinne Sudberg as Luca
  • Jessica Calvello as Rinne’s Mother

Plot Concept: The story follows a school girl’s descent into hell and her struggle to return to where she knows she belongs.
