Funimation is bringing out the first All Out!! collection on Tuesday and they’ve rolled a new dub clip for fans to check out and entice them into picking it up or streaming it. The set has the first thirteen episodes of the two-cour series in bilingual form and the clip shows off Kenji getting his first real experience in playing the game of rugby.
The show was produced by TMS Entertainment and Madhouse with Kenichi Shimizu directing it from the series composition by Masahiro Yokotani, who is worked on the scripts with Shingo Irie while Masanori Shino handled the character designs.
The new anime adaptation is based on the manga of the same name from Shiori Amase, which has eight volumes out so far. It began serialization in 2012 in Morning Two and has done solidly since.
The opening theme song is “flower” from Lenny code fiction while the ending theme song is “Zenryoku Shonen” from Sukima Switch.

Plot concept: The story begins at school entrance ceremony of Kanagawa High School where Kenji Gion, a small but gutsy go-getter joins the rugby club. He joins with his classmate, Iwashimizu, who has a complicated past and sub-captain Hachiouji, who always takes good care of his Club members. Lastly, there is Captain Sekizan, who has overwhelming powers but keeps his cards close to his chest. With such differences in both personality and physical performance, the team must learn to work and grow together so they can become the best.
