The upcoming anime series Tales of Zestiria the X got the nod for being a summer 2016 series this weekend at AnimeJapan 2016 and now Bandai Visual has released a new promo for it (and the Tales of Berseria game) that you can see below. The cast and staff for the anime series for Zestiria was revealed as well. Animated by ufotable, the series will be directed by Haruto Sotozaki with ufotable working the scripts. Akira Matsushima is on board to work the character designs and FLOW will handle the opening theme song Kaze no Uta. The cast includes:

- Ryota Ohsaka as Mikleo
- Ai Kayano as Alisha
- Mikako Komatsu as Rose
- Misato Fukuen as Edna
- Daisuke Ono as Dezel
- Kenjirou Tsuda as Zaveid
- Noriko Shitaya as Lailah
Plot concept: Tales of Zestiria is the 15th entry and the 20th-anniversary title in Bandai Namco Studios’ Tales series. It follows Sorey, who is blessed with powers by a mystical spirit race known as the Seraphim who act as a stabilizing force in the land. He travels to free the land of Glenwood from the threat of the Hellion, creatures spawned by negative emotions.
