We got the cast for the anime adaptation of the trading card game Ange Vierge days ago and now a new promotional video has arrived as part of the AnimeJapan 2016 event to showcase what’s coming up. While we don’t have a production team yet for the show ahead of its summer 2016 debut, we do know that Silver Link will be animating it.

The property is one that has been popular for a few years, though less through Western audiences, as it’s got a manga already running from Mako Kamao and Sakaki Yoshioka and a pair of animated promos were made a couple of years ago for the game that you can see below.
Plot concept: The story of the card game follows what happens when “Hairou” portals suddenly open, fusing three different worlds together. As a result, various mysterious “Exceed” powers are awakened in teenaged girls. An academy for these so-called “Progress” girls is built on the isolated Seiran Island in the Pacific.
