As is the case with anything listed as a premium edition, it’s not going to last. NIS America has a whole lot of premium editions out there and now three more are in stages of disappearing. Retailer Right Stuf is the primary source for them and they’ve now revealed that The Princess and the Pilot stock has been emptied out completely as well as Zakuro for their premium editions. The second season of Yuruyuri is still in stock, however, but it is now out-of-print so once this stock is exhausted it will be gone.
The Princess and the Pilot: The war between the Levamme Empire and the Amatsukami Imperium has been raging for years. In the midst of this struggle, the prince of the Levamme Empire declares his love for Juana del Moral and vows to end the war in one year as part of his marriage proposal. When the Amatsukami catch wind of this, they assault the del Moral residence, targeting Juana’s life.
As a last-ditch effort to bring the prince his bride, the San Maltilia Airforce employs a mercenary of mixed blood – a bestado – to fly Juana to the prince in secret. The pilot, Charles, accepts the mission… but traversing an ocean alone, and into enemy territory, proves a much more dangerous ordeal than anyone could have anticipated.
Yuruyuri: Happy Go Lily Season 2: With the Amusement Club no longer in danger of being broken up by the student council, its members, Akari Akaza, Kyoko Toshino, Yui Funami, and Chinatsu Yoshikawa, can finally focus on amusing themselves. More or less allied with the student council, the members of both organizations embark on wacky antics together! Plus, we finally meet the siblings of all these girls as they make the most of their days in middle school!
Zakuro: Westernization, a time when humans and spirits coexist…
The Modernization of Japan has begun. The Ministry of Spirit Affairs is established to resolve mysterious incidents involving the nation’s spirits. This ministry consists of representatives from both the human and spirit worlds. Zakuro, Susukihotaru, Bonbori, and Hozuki are all half-spirits – hybrids between human and spirit – who have been partnered with second lieutenants Kei, Riken, and Ganryu. They are all assigned to Spirit Affairs in an effort to join forces and carry out any tasks given to them!
