TOHO has revealed their first promo for the price conscious Mikakunin de Shinkoukei Blu-ray release. Priced at 22,800 yen for the twelve episode series plus two OVAs, it’ll be released on February 27th, 2016. Sentai Filmworks released their version of it on Blu-ray in February 2015. The new Japanese set brings it all down to just three discs instead of the six it had originally but brings through all the same extras, which is almost two hours worth of material including the two ten-minute OVAs.
The series has already been picked up for home video release in North America by Sentai Filmworks and you can expect that they’ll be trying to add this to their release when it hits down the line as well.
