With a new movie out this summer, the timing is just right to bring out the Mamoru Hosoda Animation Works 2006 – 2012 Blu-ray box set in Japan. Coming from Kadokawa, the box set will land on July 1st, 2015 clocking in at 361 minutes for the three feature films within it. Priced at 19,440 yen, it’s a pretty great set in that it’ll contain the original brochures for the film with their release in reprint form and also looks to include the original soundtracks for them as well.
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time: What would you do if you could “leap” backward through time? When tomboyish 17 year old Makoto Konno gains this ability after an accident in her high school chemistry lab, she immediately sets about improving her grades and preventing personal mishaps.
