The twice a month schedule for Sailor Moon Crystal is a rough one for fans of the series, but it’s that time again and a new episode has arrived to kick off the weekend!! There’s a lot going on with the Sailor Moon franchise in general lately as the classic series has had the first and second DVD/BD sets arrive and there’s several new clips out to promote the second season and introduce more of the characters from there. Add in things about new replica items, Australian acquisitions and a little bit of fashion as well and it continues to be an exciting time to be a fan of this property.

Directed by Munehisa Sakai at Toei Animation with Yuji Kobayashi doing the scripts. Yuki Sako joined the team as the character designer, whose recent works include Majestic Prince. Yasuharu Takanashi is serving as the composer, having worked on some big franchise including Fairy Tail and Precure. Art direction is being done by Takashi Kurahashi and Yumi Hosaka.
Plot concept: Captured by Demande, Usagi loses her transformation powers. Meanwhile, Chibi-Usa feels helpless and goes to see Sailor Pluto.
