With two series behind it so far, Hamatora is going to someplace new with its next series as it’s getting a super deformed style series of shorts. Announced at the Re: Hamatora Fes. 2015 Spring event this weekend, it was revealed that the comedy series is currently in production as well as a movie. No details are available about either of them yet, but it was designed to get fans pretty excited now that both of the TV series have concluded. It wasn’t stated whether the film will be a compilation work of some sort or something new.
Original series concept: “Minimum”— Otherwise known as “small miracles”, is a special power that only manifests within a few, select humans. Those who possess this ability are called “Minimum Holders.”
The detective duo of Nice and Murasaki, otherwise known as “Hamatora,” wait again today for work with their friends at a table at Cafe Nowhere that they use as their agency. Suddenly, a job they receive seems to have a weird connection with the serial killer that their police friend, Art, is searching for.
