The Pony Canyon YouTube channel is doing something a little fun for the upcoming broadcast of the winter 2015 series The Rolling Girls. What we’ve got are the first two countdown videos for it that deals with Yukina. The show comes from Wit Studio and it has some really appealing designs to it, which makes these kinds of design-specific promos even more interesting to watch. The series is going to star Ari Ozawa as Nozomi Moritomo, Rina Hidaka as Yukina Kosaka, Risa Taneda as Ai Hibiki and Yumiri Hanamori as Aya Misonochi. The series is set to premiere on January 10th, 2015 on MBS with a roll out to other networks on January 11th and January 12th.
The series from Wit Studio is the next original project after working on Attack on Titan and it’s directed by Kotomi Deai with scripts by Yasuyuki Muto and original character designs by Tanu, which are being adapted into anime form by Katsuhiko Kitada.
Plot concept: Rolling, falling, scrambling girls. For others. For themselves. Even if they’re destined to be a “mob.”
