After so many years of so many various aspects of the original Star Wars films and the two sequels, it feels like there can’t be anything else to really learn that hasn’t surfaced before, especially for people like myself that grew up on the movies and delved into as much behind the scenes material as possible. But there always seems like there’s a little bit more that can come up, such as these behind the scenes pictures posted to Imgur over the weekend. there’s some good stuff there, including a very good Biggs Darklighter picture that I can’t recall seeing before, but we also get a look at a draft from the film from 1976 that shows the opening crawl at that point before Brian De Palma helped George Lucas smooth it out and make it a whole lot less clunky and overt.
