Marvel Comics is set to hit the sixth issue of the fall event series Avengers & X-Men: AXIS from Rick Remender and Terry Dodson and they’ve put out a good slate of new images and covers from the issue to check out. The series is hitting some key visuals that certainly makes it feel like it’s tying in to the larger Cinematic universe in a way with good use of Scarlet Witch but also a pretty slick updated image for Doctor Strange as well.
Plot concept: New York City now belongs to the mutants, taken over by those who once protected a world that hated and feared them. The Avengers as we know them are gone, twisted and corrupted. Battle lines will be drawn as friend and foe alike choose sides – and the battle for the survival begins. No fan can afford to miss this epic clash as sparks fly this November in AVENGERS VS. X-MEN: AXIS #6!
