Set to return on October 12th, 2014, the fifth season of The Walking Dead continues to get its roll out of TV spots and web spots to build awareness and interest in the show. With recent statements from lead Andrew Lincoln talking about how this is the season where things start to get really serious and grown up and that they’re looking to really earn their TV-MA rating, there’s a lot to like. AMC has done a couple of very, very short teases earlier in August that are designed to fit in between other commercials just to give you a taste and catch your attention. This new spot clocks in at thirty seconds and pushes things a bit further to remind you why you watch the show.
The main regular cast for this season includes Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Chandler Riggs, Melissa McBride, Emily Kinney, Danai Gurira, Chad Coleman, and Sonequa Martin-Green.
