One of the tipping points is here for getting manga out there digitally as the biggest digital comics platform now has Viz Media on board. The news is definitely welcome as it helps to cement more of a one-stop shop (and we’re in favor of multiple one-stop shops) that lets fans pick up their manga and comics in the same place. The pricing on it so far looks to be pretty consistent with other platforms and a lot of the big titles are already on there. And the potential for sales definitely makes this appealing as well as they’re doing a limited run for Blue Exorcist where the first volume is just $1.99, 70% off at the moment.
