Though it’s been just a few weeks overall since The Walking Dead ended its fourth season, things are moving right along to get season five in the can down in Georgia and that means AMC is starting to bring out some materials through its Facebook page. The first piece of it brings us a new image of Andrew Lincoln in the leading role of Rick as it seems as though he’s coming out of the rail car that we saw them in previously. The next season, due out in October on AMC, is set for another 16 episode run that will be split in two with eight in the fall and eight in February after a bit of a break. We’re expecting more news and images as we get closer to Comic-Con this year including hopefully more information on the new companion series that’s supposed to debut in 2015.
