With more material expected to come in the next few days as we get to May the Fourth, Star Wars Rebels has revealed a few more images and a poster for the series that will have a double episode “movie” preview this fall before going into the full series itself on Disney XD. With the series exploring the time between the third and fourth installments and taking a lot of cues from the McQuarrie artwork, it’s settling in well to its design and has a lot of potential.
Plot concept: Set between the events of Episode III and IV — an era spanning almost two decades never-before explored on-screen. It takes place in a time where the Empire is securing its grip on the galaxy and hunting down the last of the Jedi Knights as a fledgling rebellion against the Empire is taking shape.
