Filming for Captain America: The Winter Soldier has been moving right along since it started in April and now they production has moved to Cleveland, Ohio, which is where a lot of The Avengers was shot. The footage below comes from a local TV affiliate who snapped some material to show what the production was doing and it looks like the city might also be standing in not just for New York as it did in The Avengers, but also for some of the cramped quarters parts of Washington, DC.
Plot Concept: The sequel picks up where Marvel’s The Avengers left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.
