Merry Christmas From The Fandom Post

2 min read

ChristmasMerry Christmas everyone!

This is our second Christmas holiday here at The Fandom Post and we wanted to take a minute out of all the fun and revelry that’s going on to wish everyone happy holidays throughout this last week of 2012. Especially since we’ve all managed to survive it since the world didn’t end. Silly people not realizing that when a calendar ends, a new one begins!

This has been a great year for us here as we continue to grow, make new friends, new connections and meet more and more people who share the same passions as us. We’ve been very, very blessed to know so many of you for so long that have enriched our lives and are looking forward to knowing many more of you in the coming year as new friendships are made.

Like most years for people, there are challenges to be faced, such as my coping with the Bell’s Palsy that I got hit with last Christmas, but also wonderful things that happen as well. My children continue to grow up happy, healthy and becoming fans in their own way as they’re exposed to so much of what I go through. But they also excel in other ways, notably my recent very proud father moments as my youngest daughter gained a Black Belt First Degree at the age of ten. Many of you I’ve known throughout their lives and I’ve enjoyed sharing their experiences with you just as much as I love the experiences you share with me in your lives.

Whether you celebrate the holidays or not, the end of the year is always a time for reflection. We’ll be doing plenty of that this week and you’ll see the fruits of it in early January. We have a lot planned for 2013, especially as certain site elements have now truly stabilized, and we can’t wait to share in all of it with you.

So thank you, for making 2012 an incredible year for me. I hope I managed to bring some fun, entertainment and warmth into your lives as you’ve done mine.

Merry Christmas an here’s to a great 2013!
