The fall season from FUNimation with their anime releases has gotten an update after we’ve talked about various leaks in the past few weeks as the November slate of titles has finally firmed up as the solicitation material has come out. November is typically another month of the year where big titles come out in order to be on shelves and orderable for the holiday season and for me, FUNimation does not disappoint. While new shows are really just limited to Sengoku Basara – The Last Party, everything is is semi-new releases or re-releases with a boost up. We get the Black Lagoon seasons in high definition along with more Hellsing Ultimate. We also get a new Hellsing TV box set. Serial Experiments Lain on Blu-ray? Hells yes. Add in my personal favorite of Tenchi in Tokyo just to annoy the hardcore Tenchi fans and it’s even better. It’s like a trip to the past for what I found to be some of the best of the best.
