The casting of the remake for Total Recall has certainly brought about some interesting potentials for the leading ladies that could join Colin Farrell for it, who is taking on the role that Arnold Schwarzenegger handled back in the 90’s feature. Biel’s name has come up before but Variety, via Latino Review, is saying that she’s showing an interest in it. The remake is, as of last notice, supposed to start production next month for Columbia Pictures with Les Wiseman set to direct the feature. The new version of it is supposed to hew much closer to the original Philip K. Dick story though so it’s not exactly a remake in the same sense since it’s simply a new adaptation of the same source material with different liberties taken.
