There’s a couple of competing Snow White films out there so casting information can get a little confusing. The feature being produced by Relativity Media is set for release on June 29th, 2012 and it’s just added its lead actor with Lily Collisn slated to play the title character. The feature hasn’t had its final title revealed yet but it is being directed by Tarsem Singh and will be in 3D. She joins the existing cast members of Julia Roberts as the Queen and Armie Hammer as the Prince.
Collins, who is the daughter of musician Phil Collins, gained attention with the 2009 feature The Blind Side and has two movies that are due out this year with Priest and Abduction. She’s currently working on the in-production feature of Romeo and Juliet as the character Juliet.
