New Live-Action ‘Nisekoi’ Trailer Arrives

2 min read

The live-action adaptation of the Nisekoi manga from Naoshi Komi is set for a December 21st, 2018 debut in Japan and we’ve had a couple of fun pieces before with a teaser and some posters. With the film getting closer and traditional marketing getting underway, a new movie poster has landed to the right and we get a standard 90-second trailer for it below. The film is being directed by Hayato Kawai, who worked on the My Love Story!! film.

The Japanese cast includes Kento Nakajima as Raku Ichijō, Ayami Nakajō as Chitoge Kirisaki, Natsumi Ikema as Kosaka Onodera, Haruka Shimazaki as Marika Tachibana, Yūta Kishi as Shū Maiko, DAIGO as Claude, Marika Matusmoto as Kyoko Hihara, Aono Kaede as Seshirō Tsugumi, and Hana Kawamura as Ruri Miyamoto.

Property Concept: It’s hate at first sight… rather, a knee-to-the-head at first sight when Raku Ichijo meets Chitoge Kirisaki! Unfortunately, Raku’s gangster father arranges a false love match with their rival’s daughter – who just so happens to be Chitoge! However, Raku’s searching for his childhood sweetheart from ten years ago, with a pendant around his neck as a memento, but he can’t even remember her name or face!
