Manga Entertainment UK has picked up a fun title that they’ll be bringing out later this year for their market with the addition of Soul Eater Not!. The full twelve episode season, which we reviewed on Blu-ray here, will be getting details of its release in the near future for fans there. Funimation released the series previously in North America in bilingual form that brought back the cast as needed from the original Soul Eater series while adding some new characters.
The cast for the series includes:
- Tsugumi – Bryn Apprill
- Anya – Alexis Tipton
- Meme – Lindsay Seidel
- Shaula Gorgon – Elizabeth Maxwell
- Akane Hoshi – Ian Sinclair
- Clay Sizemore – Bryce Papenbrook
The series adapts the spinoff manga of the same name by Atsushi Ohkubo. The production had Masakazu Hashimoto directing it at Bones. Soul Eater proper had its anime release done here by FUNimation while Yen Press has been releasing both Soul Eater and Soul Eater Not! manga.
