TOHO is big on video promos for their series and getting material out and Chaos Dragon is definitely benefiting from that. They’ve now added a new promo that’s focused on the more of the cast of characters and they’re introduced here with their voice actors tied to it. The show is now set for a July 2nd, 2015 debut in Japan, the series is part of a multimedia project that’s tied to a boardgame and a smartphone game from Sega Networks and is based on the role-playing fiction project Red Dragon,which was created by five notable creators with Gen Urobochi, Kinoko Nasu, Iduki Kougyoku, Ryohgo Narita and Simadoriru.
The cast includes:
- Marina Inoue as Ibuki, a descendant of the royal family of Nil Kamui. Created by Simadoriru
- Miyuki Sawashiro as Eiha, Ibuki’s guardian who is fused with a demon. Created by Izuki Kōgyoku
- Sōma Saitō as Soirot Clasbari, a member of Donatia’s prized black dragon knights. Created by Kinoko Nasu
- Maaya Uchida as Rō Chenfa, an assassin from a religious organization in Kōran. Created by Gen Urobuchi
- Unshou Ishizuka as Kagraba, a mysterious immortal trader from the independent city of Haiga. Created by Ryohgo Narita

The anime adaptation is being directed by Masato Matsune at Silver Link with overall series composition by Ukyou Kodachi with work by Shou Aikawa
Plot concept: The series takes place in Huanli (the Year of Dazzling) 3015. Donatia and Kouran, two countries fighting for supremacy, are causing the world to be torn apart due to the constant war. Amidst the strife is the island country Nil Kamui, which has lost its independence. Red Dragon, the guardian god of Nil Kamui, goes out of control. Will the island country be able to regain its independence?
