February 2015 BookScan Top Twenty Graphic Novels Revealed

The folks at ICv2 have brought out the latest information from BookScan with a look at the top twenty graphic novels for the month of February 2015. The rankings have definitely changed recently now that it’s been opened up to more than the usual graphic novel realm but also including more “serious” books out there as well, which is why the two volumes of John Lewis’ March get a couple of plumb spots this month as well as Can’t We Talk About Something from Roz Chast.

This month saw only three manga volumes in the top twenty with Akame ga Kill! debuting at 19 while Kodansha Comics grabs 14 with Attack on Titan‘s first volume showing some strength still. Viz Media ekes in a title as well with Naruto at number 16. On the superhero side, it’s definitely week with pretty much just backlist titles racking up the spots here while the rest of the graphic novels are ongoings such as Walking Dead and Saga.
