It’s not a move you see too often, but for those that follow the retail side, the frustration from the customer base definitely makes it an easier move to deal with. Right Stuf has removed all of MangaGamer’s titles from their catalog due to the inability to fulfill order requests. When you have product listed from companies and the companies aren’t able to bring in the product to sell, it creates a vicious loop where you find the customers frustrated by the items never shipping, complaints to the store that’s selling them and a growing cycle of frustration. We’ve seen this crop up from time to time with anime distributors as well and there’s plenty of people on all sides that get frustrated by it.
Unfortunately, due to issues with product availability on the wholesale level all MangaGamer titles have been removed from RightStuf.com.
