With the anime series close to ending its broadcast run, it’s getting to be about time for some of the additional materials to come out, such as this new 3DS game due out on September 19th. The game is based on the anime and manga of the same name, which was created by Hiroshi Fukuda, and the anime has been streamed by Crunchyroll. The game adaptation, which has a brief commercial and a lengthier promo for it below, is being released by Namco Bandai Games for the Nintendo 3DS.

Series concept: The protagonist, Tsukishima Jinbei, strives to be a warrior who wins every battle until the day he dies. Jinbei has left his homeland in the Tsugara Domain to join the Mushibugyo in the great city of Edo. His job in the Mushibugyo is to exterminate giant bugs that run rampant in the city. Jinbei fights with the Mushibugyo, an office of brave men who risk their lives to protect the peace in Edo and the smiles of the people! Honesty does pay off!
