New ‘Triage X’ Anime Visual Shows Off Its Assets

Triage-XAnnounced back at the start of September 2014 with the debut of an official Triage X anime site, a new splashy key visual for the series has surfaced. This come after recently getting the main staff and cast detailed for the series. The show is being planned for an April 2015 debut with Xebec animating it. It’ll be directed by Akio Takami and Takao Kato based on scripts by Katsujiko Takayama and character designs by Akio Takami.

The main cast as announced so far now includes Kenji Akabane as Arashi, Mikami Yui Kondou as Mikoto Kiba and Amina Satō as Oriha Nashida.

The show is based off of the manga of the same name which comes from Shouji Sato. The series began in 2009 and has eight volumes released in Japan so far with all of of them released in North America by Yen Press. You can read our reviews of the manga here:

Plot concept: At first glance, Arashi Mikami appears to be a normal, albeit socially awkward, 17 year old high school student. However, he’s actually part of a secret vigilante organization known as Black Label, a group dedicated to executing power-hungry criminals the law refuses to deal with. However, taking down a crime lord isn’t always an easy task, and there’s bound to be consequences for any action…

  1. That is a DRASTIC switch from the previous image.
    The first key visual was all business. This is…pleasure. I know they want to get the fan service in, but I thought this would be more about action. Now the guy is even more covered up as the ladies take it off. ::;SIGH::

    I’ll just wait to see how it all shakes out.
