Viz Media Reveals ‘Black Bird’ Manga Box Set Details

While they’re rare, we love manga box sets since it represents a cool way to get a complete series in a really nice package that lets it stand out a bit. So we were thrilled to learn recently that Viz Media has set an October 21st, 2014 release date for the complete Black Bird manga series in a box set form. The release has its artwork revealed below, which you can see a bit bigger version of by clicking on it. The box set will contain all eighteen volumes of the series in a really beautiful looking but and it’s also set to include an exclusive bonus hardcover art book. The set is priced at $149.99 list, but you can already grab it for under $100 at Amazon. Which is pretty slick for an 18 volume series with no waiting for more to come out.
