With the spring season fully underway, that means anime and manga conventions are in full force. While the big cons tend to dominate for obvious reasons, there’s a lot of other conventions going on as well. And that’s represented the most on Memorial Day weekend, especially this year as there are four – four – conventions going on. We’ve got a discussion topic set up for it already here where you can see people talking about the events going on at MomoCon, Animazement, FanimeCon and Anime North 2014. These events all have very different makeups to them in terms of who’s attending on the industry side and what the focus will be. MomoCon looks to be the “biggest” in that sense with the most anime representation there from the industry side but there’s others showing up elsewhere too.
